By accessing the website or application, the user accepts these ToS without reservation.

1. Purpose of the Service

Mon Avis Facile enables:

  • the management of NFC plates and QR Codes designed to collect customer reviews,
  • the creation and administration of links to platforms such as Google, Instagram, TripAdvisor, etc.,
  • the consultation and configuration of these links via a web or mobile interface,
  • access to tools that facilitate the visibility and reputation of a business.

Services may evolve at any time without notice in order to improve performance or features.

2. Access to the Service

Access to the website and application requires:

  • an Internet connection,
  • a compatible device (smartphone, computer, etc.),
  • the creation of a user account.

CODALUX does not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error, but makes every effort to ensure its availability.

3. User Account

Creating an account is required to use the application.

The user agrees to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information,
  • not impersonate a third party,
  • keep their credentials confidential,
  • immediately notify CODALUX in case of suspected unauthorized access.

CODALUX reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of non-compliance with the ToS or fraudulent use.

4. Use of the Service

The user agrees not to:

  • misuse the normal operation of the service,
  • use the platform to distribute illegal, offensive content or content that infringes the rights of third parties,
  • circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access to systems,
  • use NFC/QR Code plates for deceptive or prohibited activities.

CODALUX may suspend access for any user engaging in abusive behavior or behavior that violates applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All elements present on the website (texts, images, logos, graphics, videos, icons, website structure, etc.) are the exclusive property of CODALUX SARL-S, with the exception of trademarks, logos or content belonging to third parties (e.g. Apple, Google, or royalty-free images), which remain the property of their respective owners.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of the website or its content, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of CODALUX.

CODALUX cannot be held liable for:

  • consequences related to the use of links, plates or social reviews configured by the user,
  • non-compliant or fraudulent use of NFC/QR plates by a third party.

The user is solely responsible for the content they redirect via their links and plates.

9. Service Updates

CODALUX may update, modify or improve the service at any time, particularly to:

  • add or remove features,
  • strengthen security,
  • comply with a legal obligation.

Major changes may be notified to the user.

10. Duration and Termination

The ToS apply as long as the user uses the service.

The user may request the deletion of their account at any time via the contact form.

CODALUX may terminate access immediately in the event of a violation of the ToS or fraudulent use.

11. External Links

The application and website may contain links to third-party platforms. CODALUX is not responsible for:

  • the content of these platforms,
  • their accessibility,
  • the data collected by these third-party services.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
